A shunting tractor is a universal shunting railway equipment that can be used instead of shunting diesel locomotives at mining, chemical, metallurgical and port enterprises, repair and construction enterprises, provided that there are access roads.
It is intended for transportation of cars for loading, formation of trains, and shunting operations with rolling stock.
It can be equipped with bulldozing equipment for clearing the rail and sleeper grid (roads) of snow. It can also be equipped with a dozer support and rotary equipment.
