In February and April KhTZ produced 302 tractors

Kharkiv Tractor Plant restores its production pace after last year's forced 10-month downtime. In February and April of 2017, 302 tractors of the models KhTZ -150К, KhTZ -240К, KhTZ -17221 and KhTZ -242К were manufactured by the enterprise. The main consumers of the machinery produced by KhTZ are agrarians of Ukraine and CIS countries.

As previously reported, Aleksandr Yaroslavskyy’s DCH group (owner and investor of the enterprise development) has received a line of credit for KhTZ in the amount of UAH 400 million. The plant resumed the tractor production in February 2017. Stable financing allowed the plant management to purchase the necessary components in a short time, as well as to pay off the outstanding salaries, carry out preparatory work and restore the production process. One of the first machines assembled in February 2017 by the decision of the staff was given the name of one of the outstanding managers in the machining workshop No. 2 Sergiy Brailko, who has spent 43 years of his life working for KhTZ.
