This agreement is a continuation of the joint work under the previously approved Memorandum on the strategic partnership between the Kharkiv Tractor Plant and the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute", which was signed on September, 22 by the owner and the president of the DCH group Aleksandr Yaroslavskyy and the NTU "KhPI" rector Yevgen Sokol.
Today, on October 27, during the signing, PJSC KhTZ General Director Andriy Koval noted that the dual training will allow students to see the practical side of working on a plant together with the theoretical knowledge in order to obtain the necessary experience that will help them in the future.
- Together with the university, we`ve developed a set of activities to train future specialists. The training will be held both within the university and in the plant. We are ready to share our experience, and we are waiting for new ideas from young specialists, - Andriy Koval said.
In turn, the rector of NTU "KhPI" Yefgen Sokol said that this agreement is very important for the university, since it determines the quality of training of specialists that are in demand now, and thus the university makes its contribution to the development of a tractor plant, and the economy of Ukraine as a whole.
Info. The dual agreement in the field of mechanical engineering is used in Ukraine for the first time. As part of the training NTU "KhPI" and PJSC "KhTZ" shall create the conditions for obtaining theoretical and practical knowledge. All the trained students will have the priority when signing individual contracts for research, development and other works within the enterprise development program, and also face the competitive acceptance of NTU "KhPI" graduates on the basis of interviews considering their professional competence.27.10.2017
