Kharkiv Tractor Plant has produced 500 tractors

In the first half of 2017 Kharkiv Tractor Plant has fulfilled the tractor production plan. DCH group president, the owner of the enterprise Aleksandr Yaroslavskyy told this to journalists.

- The current plan has been completed. At the moment about 500 tractors have been produced, and we will work to fulfill the production plan for the year, - said Aleksandr Yaroslavskyy.

The owner of KhTZ noted that after a ten-month standstill the company is actively working to recover sales markets.

- We are working on getting those back. During the year, all markets were lost by 100%. Import analogues have come to Ukraine, - Aleksandr Yaroslavskyy reported.

In addition to production of machinery, the company emphasizes the importance of producing spare parts, since many low-quality counterfeit products have appeared on the market during the standstill. According to the general director of KhTZ, Andriy Koval, from the beginning of the year, spare parts worth UAH 34 million were produced.

Info. Kharkiv Tractor Plant was founded in 1930 and is one of the largest machine-building enterprises of Ukraine. Thanks to the long-term practice of exporting products, the trademark "KhTZ" is one of the most recognizable Ukrainian brands abroad. The company's strategy is currently focused on restoring market positions on both the domestic and foreign markets. KhTZ’ owner and investor Aleksandr Yaroslavskyy and his DCH group has already implemented several successful projects for the revival of industrial enterprises, and has invested more than $1 billion in investment projects in Kharkiv region (including $300 million for the preparation of Kharkiv infrastructure for Euro 2012: construction of the airport, the city’s first 5* hotel and related facilities).
